Reflective tape can reflect and fluoresce when encountering light or light in the dark and at night, which serves as a warning and reminder. Used in roads, cars, ships, stages, various passages, etc. In order to ensure the durability, strong adhesion and effectiveness of the reflective tape, the correct application method is extremely important. Reflective tape instructions

The construction surface should be clean and dry, and the external environment of the surface should also be dry. Rainy or humid environment is not suitable for construction, sunny environment is the most ideal. The temperature should be between 0 and 37 degrees Celsius.

Matters needing attention: It is recommended to use a small sample of reflective film to test the construction surface before construction.

Clean construction surface

The surface where the reflective film is pasted must be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants such as dust, grease, oil, etc. Hand-washing and wiping the construction surface with soap and water should be able to clean the construction surface.

In addition, in order to confirm that the construction surface is clean, you can wipe the surface with a cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Wipe it again with another rag before the alcohol dries. This will also help dry the surface and make sure that the adhesive on the reflective film can penetrate the surface and form a good stickiness with the surface to be applied.

Tips for attaching reflective tape

Tools that need to be prepared before pasting: utility knife, rubber scraper, rag

When pasting the reflective film, the bottom paper (release paper) should be torn off, and the construction should not be pasted. Don't tear off too much backing paper at one time. You only need to paste as many addresses as you need at one time. Don't let the reflective tape appear to be filmed (usually because you tear off too much backing paper). In addition, avoid contact with the back glue of the reflective tape, because the oil on your hands will contaminate the back glue of the tape and reduce its adhesive performance.

While placing the reflective tape on the construction surface with your fingers, press the surface of the tape. Try to avoid sticking the tape, pulling it up, and then sticking it again, because this tends to reduce the adhesive performance of the adhesive.
